Dream Theater - Metropolis part 1.

아주 유명한 곡입니다.

 

다음 주 부터 하루 30분씩 기타와 MR 작업을 하고, 노래까지 불러 볼 생각입니다.

 

이 곡 까지 하면 드림씨어터 곡을 3곡 커버하는군요.

 

보통 한 밴드의 곡을 3곡씩 커버하고 있으니, 아마도 드림씨어터는 이것이 마지막 작업이 될 것 같네요 ㅎㅎㅎ

 

사실 두어 곡 더 하고 싶은게 있지만, 솔직히 MR만들다 지칩니다... =,,=

 

오히려 기타가 제일 쉽더군요. . -,,-;;

새벽의 미소가 5월 초순에 이르렀다.
그녀는 자신의 집으로부터 선물을 받아왔다.
밤이 쏟아낸 눈물이
두려움에 대하여,
그리고 그녀가 영원히 떨쳐버릴 수 없을
모든 슬픔과 고통에 대해서까지..
그녀에게 이야기해준다.

죽음은 첫 번째의, 그리고 영원까지 계속될 춤이다.

어렸을 때, 나는 아픔이나 슬픔 없이 살아갈 수 있을 거라 생각했다.
그러나 지금 나는 그 모두가 내 뒤를 쫓고 있다는 사실을 그만 알아버렸다.
잠속에서까지 나는 두려움에 몸을 떨어야만 한다...

어디인지 기억으로부터 떠오른 풍경같은 곳...
그곳에는 천 마디의 말을 대신할 수 있을 상(像) 하나가 존재한다.
내 앞에 놓여진 얼굴들의 시선을 피하며,
그것은 어디론가 사라져서 다시는 들려오지 않게 되어버릴 것이다...

"기만"은 끝나지 않는 두 번째의 춤이다...

도시의 냉혹한 피는 우리에게 생존에 대하여 가르친다.
하지만 내 마음이 당신 시선에 물들어있는 한 우리는 살아남을 것이다.

드디어 세 번째가 도착한다......

 

푸른 나뭇잎들이 낙엽으로 지기도 전에,
우리가 문을 걸어잠그기도 전에,
세 번째, 그리고 마지막의 춤이 있을 것이다.
이번 것만은 영원토록 끌게 되리라.
대도시(Metropolis)가 지켜보며 부드럽게 미소짓는다...
그녀가 너를 집으로 데려다준다.

우리 두 아이들 사이에서 일어나는 싸움이 끝을 맺을 때라야만
그것은 가능하게 되리라...
이제 Miracle과 Sleeper는 그 세 번째의 것이 "사랑"이라는 것을 알게 되었다.

"사랑"은 영원의 춤이다.
