Overkill - Elimination 을 작업했습니다.

친구녀석이 한 번 레코딩 해 달라고 신청을 해 와서, 간만에 어릴적 기분을 내며 작업 해 보았습니다. ㅎㅎㅎ

제가 손가락에 관절염이 있는데요.

심한 정도는 아닙니다만, 빠르고 격한 연주를 하면 손에 상당히 무리가 가는 상황에 있습니다. ㅠ,,ㅠ

그래서 가급적 기타를 최소한으로 만지고 있는 중입니다만... 뭐.. 라이브를 하는 것도 아니고... 오래간만에 

오버킬 형님들 곡을 달려보니 기분은 좋더군요.

하지만.. 문제는 이게 마음만 어릴적 그 마음이지, 실제로 레코딩을 해 보니 기타 리프부터 솔로까지 정말 장난아니게 

달리는 곡이란것을 새삼 느끼게 되었다는 점입니다. ㅋㅋㅋ

이 곡을 예전에는 수월하게 연주를 했었는데, 세월에는 정말 장사가 없는 것 같습니다.

꾸준히 빠른 곡들을 연주했었다면 별 어려움이 없을 텐데, 기타치는 시간을 줄이고 있는 중이니 이건 뭐...

목소리도 예전처럼 시원시원 잘 올라가지도 않고, 여러가지로 애를 먹으며 작업을 했습니다.

사용한 장비는 다음과 같습니다.

 레독스 슈퍼스트랫 ZX-800 => 앰프(H&K Tri amp MK.1) => 11Rack 캐비넷 시뮬

네... 이번에는 앰프 파워 소스를 더미로더로 날리고, 그 시그널을 11랙의 앰프시뮬로 받아서 다이렉트 레코딩 했습니다.

Triamp의 타이트한 앰프 사운드가 아주 잘 레코딩 된 것 같아서 만족스럽게 작업을 할 수 있었습니다.

물론 이번에도 역시 MR은 직접 작업해서 완성을 하였습니다.

보컬은 항상 들으시는 제 목소리 입니다.

워낙 빡신 곡이라서 노래부르는데도 상당히 애를 먹었습니다.
